You can add two or three cultural suggestions to a city, as long as they comply with the format established in the application. For those who opt for the Business Package, the cultural offerings and cities featured in the application can be changed once the content and format that can be delivered with the design provided by the application have been defined.
The app only presents data. Everything the user writes, and all the photos they upload, are private. Therefore, it is the user who must decide what data to share with the organizing company. They can receive notifications on social media about content uploaded by participants, identifying the company. Participants can share their evaluation of the place where they stayed, and a stay report can also be generated and eventually shared, including the entire travel diary described in the app. However, it is always the user's decision to share such content.
No. The company requests its preferred merchandise, be it a T-shirt or a tote bag. The design is approved for the garments (co-signed with DIAS, or solely with the company's branding if the Company Package has been selected). The order is placed by travel group. If the company requires this merchandise for multiple groups throughout the year, a replenishment contract can be discussed to meet those needs so that everything (garments and appliqués) is ready on time.
Payment is normally required in advance. However, we are willing to offer new customers the option of paying 50% in advance, with the remainder before shipping, for the first three orders.
