Shipping

We take shipping our products very seriously, so we ensure that all packages are shipped safely and on time. We offer standard and express shipping to adapt to the needs of our customers.

Additionally, our customer service team is always available for any questions or issues that may arise during the shipping process.

Because our production is mostly artisanal, the preparation time for your order may vary depending on its complexity and the volume of work at that time, but we strive to have it ready for shipment as soon as possible. In the worst case, we may need between 5 to 10 business days to complete an order. However, we will keep you informed at all times.

We currently only ship to countries within Europe due to customs and shipping regulations in other countries. However, if you are located outside of Europe and are interested in making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can do something about it. We will do our best to help you get what you need.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear returns policy. You have a period of 30 days to return your purchase and receive a full refund, or a garment exchange (only valid the first time).
