1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the Los Días online store, accessible at www.losdias.xyz. By making a purchase, you accept these terms.
2. Products and Prices
All products shown on the website are subject to availability. Prices include VAT and are shown in euros (€). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, although this will not affect orders already placed.
3. Purchase Process
To make a purchase, you must add products to the cart, complete your shipping details and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/debit card (securely processed by SumUp)
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment (in-store/event pickup)
5. Shipping
We ship to all of Spain. Delivery times are:
- Mainland Spain: 2-4 business days, €4.95 (free from €50)
- Balearic Islands: 4-6 business days, €7.95 (free from €75)
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5-8 business days, €12.95
- Portugal: 3-5 business days, €7.95 (free from €75)
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days, €14.95
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
6. Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to return products in perfect condition. The first return is free. To initiate a return, contact us at hola@losdias.xyz.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused and with tags
- It must be in its original packaging
- The full product amount will be refunded
7. Warranty
All our products have a 2-year warranty according to Spanish consumer law.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos and contents of Los Días are protected by copyright. Their reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.
