Our Policy
30 days to return
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
Simple process
1. Fill out the return form with your order number
2. We will send you the instructions by email
3. Send the product and we will refund you within 5-7 business days
Shipping costs
The first return is free: Los Días covers the return shipping costs. From the second return onwards, the customer is responsible for shipping costs according to current rates. In the case of a defective product or an error on our part, the return is always free.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been used or washed.

How do I find my order number?▼
Your order number appears in the confirmation email you received when you placed your order. It has the format LD-2026-XXXXXX. If you can't find it, contact us at hola@losdias.xyz.
How long does the refund take?▼
Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we process the refund within 24–48 hours. The money may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Can I exchange the size instead of returning?▼
Yes, by selecting 'Wrong size' as the reason and specifying the desired size in the description, we will process the exchange directly (subject to availability).
What if the product is defective?▼
If the product has a manufacturing defect, we cover all shipping costs. We will send you a new product or refund the full amount, whichever you prefer.
